If you are a new, Independent Agent in the Medicare Sales industry, here are some important suggestions to consider.

Limit your certifications to 3 or 4 carriers. Too many will overwhelm you. Remember, each carrier has multiple plans.

Contract with the main carriers your provider's office acepts, if you will be working with doctor offices for leads. This way, they do not need to work with other agents because you offer all plans."
